Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or change it. If you need to return an item, you may use our free 30‑day return policy (unused, original packaging).

What is my order status?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your order status page. Our warehouse processes orders within 1–2 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

Tips:

  • Transit times are estimates.
  • After receiving tracking, allow 1 business day for carrier scanning.

Why was my order cancelled?

Possible reasons:

  • Item sold out.
  • Billing address does not match the credit card on file.

If cancelled, you will receive an email and a full refund (7–10 business days to appear).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal only. We do not accept Discover, Amex, money orders, or COD.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer free shipping on all orders. No paid upgrades. Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • US: 3–6 business days after processing
  • Canada: 5–8 business days after processing

We ship only to the US (48 contiguous states) and Canada (excluding remote territories).

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also view past orders in your account’s Order History.

When will I receive my order?

US orders: typically 3–6 business days after processing (total ~4–8 business days from order placement).

Canadian orders: typically 5–8 business days after processing (total ~6–10 business days).

Does PSD Shops ship internationally?

No. We ship only to the US (48 contiguous states) and Canada. We do not ship to any other countries.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from receipt to initiate a return. Contact info@psdshops.com for a prepaid return label. Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Returns are free – no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return, then 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Do you have a rewards program?

No. We currently do not operate a loyalty or rewards program. All customers enjoy free shipping and free returns equally.

When will sold out items be restocked?

We restock select popular items. On each product page, select the out‑of‑stock size and click “EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE” to be notified.

Where can I buy PSD Shops in a physical store?

Nowhere. PSD Shops is an online‑only retailer. We do not have any physical retail stores, and our products are not sold in third‑party stores. All purchases must be made through https://psdshops.com.
