You may return most new, unused items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must have been purchased directly from https://psdshops.com.
Non‑returnable items
- Gift cards
- Digital products / downloadable software
- Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, face masks) if the seal is broken
Free returns – no restocking fee
We offer free returns for eligible items. There is no restocking fee of any kind.
How to return
- Contact our customer support at info@psdshops.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (USPS or UPS).
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location.

Refund processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 1–2 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@psdshops.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
