Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to the United States (48 contiguous states) and Canada (excluding remote territories such as Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories). We do not ship internationally outside North America.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Shipping times (after processing)

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • Canada: 5–8 business days

These are estimated transit times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance (for Canada).

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees.

Carriers

We use various reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post). The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and package size. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 1 business day for the carrier to scan the package.

Customs, duties & taxes (Canada only)

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, contact the carrier first. For lost in transit, email us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
